Desired Candidate Profile
Initiate contract management of the projects including identification, tendering, negotiation, finalization and award of contract to the contracting agencies.
Individually responsible for installation testing and commissioning of HT and LT.
Planning, preparation of tenders, tendering, evaluation, recommendation, award of work, contract management, Time, Cost & Quality monitoring & Execution. Contract Closure.
Liaise with the concerned Govt. authorities to obtain the necessary approvals for the commencement of the Project and upon completion, obtain all approvals required to commence operations.
Responsible for the construction activity of the projects.
Ensure quality of work and the materials used for the projects to ensure the required quality standards are followed at all times.
Scheduling and planning for the activities for the timely completion of projects.
Monitor execution of the activities as per the schedules and take necessary steps to ensure that the work is completed as per the schedules.
Responsible for safety of the staff working at the sites.
